What's the most important thing to know about returns?

We offer returns on items purchased in our merchandise department that arrive defective or unoperable. We require photo proof of the item's condition and proof of purchase within 5 days of receiving the product.

once the item is returned you will either recieve another item in its place or a refund, or store credit, depending on the choice you make at that point. 

Are there any products that can't be returned?

Yes, any sourdough items are non-returnable.

If for some reason there is a problem with your sourdough order we will make it right just contact us. 

Can Items be exchanged?

Yes! If you recieve a shirt and it is too small or too large you may exchange it for the same shirt in a different size, if the shirt is larger an extra fee may be applied.

Do you offer store credit for items that cannot be refunded or returned

Yes, if we are unable to refund your money or return your item for any reason we will offer you a store credit on your next purchase, we value you as a customer and want to keep your business as long as we can.

What condition should returned items be in?

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. Once the item is received back at our shop, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent in its place.

How long do customers have to return an item?

Customers have one week from the date of receipt to return an item.
